Carolin Caliendo studied English and German philology at the J.W. Goethe-University in Frankfurt/Main and the University of Birmingham, England. After receiving the M.A., she completed the postgraduate programme “Book and Media Practice”. She spent a longer research period in London while working on her dissertation.

During her studies she concentrated on translating in theory and practice, and after having successfully completed her doctorate she started her own translation business. Since then she has done work for clients from various fields and has translated both fiction and non-fiction.

As translator with long experience she transfers your texts precisely and appropriately into English (German).
